Jan Schallaböck is a founding partner at iRights.Law Rechtsanwälte and is a fully qualified attorney-at-law, admitted to the german bar. Before joining iRights, he was employed with the Data Protection Authority of the of Schleswig-Holstein (“ULD”), where he has been assigned to doing research on privacy technologies. He also been engaged in international IT-standardization for more than a decade and is currently Vice-Convener to the ISO/IEC Working Group on privacy and identity management.
